Bayliner 2050 1995/7 in Midrand, Gauteng for sale

1995/7 Bayliner 2050, 5.7L mercruiser inboard, 5 blade torque prop for skiing valued at 12k. Motor has recently been rebuilt - spent 20k - new rings, gaskets, fuel filter, oil filter, distributor and leads, water pump, carb kit and starter solenoid. About 150 hours on engine. 80% of the seats have been recovered, just the two centre seats left to do. Boat needs a little TLC as it has been standing for a while. Comes with buoyancy certificate.
Trailer has been half refurbished, new spars, bearings and lights - spent over 13k on trailer. It still needs a completely new set of brakes though - for buyers expense - I don't have time to do it myself. Tires also may need replacing, but not essential for short distance towing.
Comes with a few extras - skis, training skis, tube (old but still usable) jerry can for fuel, yellow capsize barrel with safety equipment (sea anchor, flares, and a few other essentials) ores, a few old life jackets, boat cover, nose cover, bimni cover and radio with new 9inch speakers - to be fitted.

Boat has always been a dream to operate, spent many happy hours wake boarding and tubing. Loads of power and space. Sad to see her go, but too expensive to take her with me. If you are looking for a good boat to make even better she is for you. Sorry no private sale - gentlemans agreement with LM.
