We have a vacancy for a reliable and motivated technician to join our telephony distribution company in Midrand, Johannesburg. The technician will be responsible for remote support, configurations of equipment, presenting product training and assisting with RMA units and procedures. The candidate must be accustomed to a fast paced, energetic and rewarding environment. Minimum Requirements for this role:
• Matric qualification
• Advanced computer literacy skills – Microsoft Excel Essential
• Motivated to learn and grown in a diverse office environment
• Experience in IT/Telecommunications Industry a plus
• Able to read, write and communicate fluently in English
• A+ MCSE, N+ Essential
• A firm understanding of Lans, Wans and Configurations
